We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to support a busy delivery period across multiple events, including National Awards, as well as assisting with the annual conference.
This role reports directly to the National Events Manager and sits within a close-knit team of three, noting this is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end event management across multiple national events, with full ownership of coordination and on-site execution
- Oversee registration processes, including manual data entry and follow-ups
- Coordinate event materials such as certificates, trophies, and presentations
- Liaise with partners, sponsors, and venues, including proactive issue resolution
- Monitor and manage shared inbox communications, responding promptly and escalating where required
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations and event documentation
- Provide on-site event management support, including interstate travel (must be available 20th–23rd July in Melbourne)
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including collaboration with the national events team
- Ensure a high standard of attendee experience across events ranging from 250 to 800+ participants
- Proven experience in end-to-end event management, particularly large-scale
- Strong on-site event management experience is essential for success in this role
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a hands-on approach
- Proactive communicator who is confident asking questions and taking initiative
- Familiarity with event management systems such as EventsAir is highly regarded
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
