This position has become available due to the departure of the current postholder. While the organisation is managing the permanent recruitment process internally, interim support is required to ensure a smooth handover and to manage scheduled commitments and ongoing activity during the transition period.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver a range of pre-scheduled events, including professional development programs, examinations, and flagship events
- Manage both large-scale events (up to 250 attendees) and smaller targeted functions
- Provide end-to-end event support, including on-site delivery, meeting and greeting attendees, and managing in-house training facilities
- Coordinate event logistics, suppliers, venues, and internal stakeholders
- Administer RSVPs and support the smooth running of professional development activities
- Work closely with internal teams to set up and manage events using EventsAir
- Monitor and manage allocated event budgets
- Prepare event communications, schedules, and documentation using Microsoft Office
- Proven experience in an events coordination or support role , ideally within a corporate, professional, or membership-based environment
- Hands-on experience with EventsAir is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple events concurrently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently
