The Role
As an Estates Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the administration of estates and contested wills, ensuring matters are handled efficiently, professionally and with empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the administration of estate matters and contested wills
- Liaising with solicitors, executors, beneficiaries, families and legal representatives
- Preparing correspondence, documentation and case records
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records
- Managing stakeholder enquiries and providing timely updates
- Supporting legal and administrative processes throughout the estate lifecycle
- Ensuring matters are progressed in accordance with policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in estates, probate, wills & estates, legal administration, or a Legal Officer position
- Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- A professional, compassionate and emotionally mature approach
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential matters with discretion
