The Opportunity
This role would see you play a pivotal role in the Professional Placement Services division of the university, to provide efficient administrative support in allocating field placements to students of the National School of Education. Further, the role will see you:
- Allocating students to school-based placements, including all compliance procedures, mandatory documentations and reporting, as conducted in InPlace,
- Act as the first point of contact for regarding placements, from both active students and their placement providers, including for any placement feedback,
- Liaising with placement supervisors regarding payments, and reporting on student success,
- Any further ad-hoc requests from the National Manager and team leader.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Prior demonstrated experience in coordinating student field placements, in a high performing team,
- Experience with InPlace software or SONIA, highly desirable, further to intermediate MS Office skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain high value relationships,
- Demonstrated experience working in a university or higher education provider, or schooling sector,
- The availability to work full-time hours on-site as required.
