About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Education Officer to support the coordination and delivery of a nationally recognised professional education program within a complex, stakeholder driven environment. In this role, you will support candidates, examiners and committees, while contributing to the continuous improvement of a respected national program.
You will take ownership of the program’s administrative coordination, ensuring candidates progress smoothly through courses, workshops, assessment rounds and examinations. As a key member of the Education team, you will help ensure the program runs seamlessly, communication is clear and accurate, and all educational activities meet professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full program lifecycle, including workshops, courses, assessments and examinations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and program documentation, updating guidelines, procedures and process manuals.
- Provide secretariat support to Boards and Committees, including agendas, papers, minutes and actionโitem follow up.
- Act as the primary contact for candidates, examiners and lecturers, ensuring smooth communication and assessment readiness.
- Manage assessment resources, documentation and case libraries while supporting continuous program improvement.
- Produce high quality reports, updates and data insights on program performance and examination trends.

What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in education, training or project coordination, ideally within a university or royal college environment.
- Strong experience with online education, including confidence using LMS platforms, CRM/databases and digital learning systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates, committees and stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work to deadlines.
- Proactive problem solver with strong analytical, research and report writing skills, able to anticipate issues, navigate change, and translate needs into practical, well considered solutions.
- Collaborative and highly organised team player with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver accurate, high quality outcomes on time.
- Tertiary qualifications in Education, Business Administration or similar is preferred.
