About the role:
The Education and CPD Events Coordinator provides administrative support across education and continuing professional development (CPD) programs. The role also delivers secretariat support to education and CPD committees, and provides training and education support to key stakeholders, including candidates, supervisors, examiners, and members.
  
Key Responsibilities:
This role supports education, CPD, and assessment activities and is evolving as the organisation modernises its systems and ways of working. You will play an active role in improving processes, supporting stakeholders, and broadening access to education programs.
  • Coordinate education programmes, CPD activities, and events across multiple platforms
  • Deliver end‑to‑end administrative support for courses, assessments, exams, workshops, and events
  • Manage schedules, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth programme delivery
  • Act as the main contact for candidates, supervisors, examiners, and stakeholders
  • Support exam and assessment processes, including logistics, communication, and results
  • Assist with CPD events, including speaker coordination, venues, logistics, and accreditation
  • Maintain accurate candidate and programme data, supporting data quality improvements
  • Track and report on participation, outcomes, and feedback to inform decisions
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support to committees and governance meetings
  • Contribute to process improvements, compliance, and ongoing updates to education materials and systems

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or education support role, ideally within a complex or regulated environment.

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, including engaging with senior or highly qualified stakeholders.

  • A genuine interest in supporting education, assessment, and professional development.
  • Comfort working in a role that is expanding in scope, with opportunities to take on new responsibilities and contribute beyond a narrow remit.
