Beaumont People are proud to partner with this leading Sydney CBD-based University, with a focus on innovation. We are supporting their search for a Temporary Administration Officer within the School of Business, Accounting Discipline.
The Opportunity:
This Administrative Officer vacancy will provide a range of secretarial, project and clerical support to their discipline group as the primary point of contact. Their responsibilities may include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for student enquiries, academic support, marketing and administrative requests for the team,
- Managing executive calendars, scheduling assistance and meeting management, including minute taking,
- Travel coordination, and expense preparation, including preparing financial reports where required,
- Screen executive correspondence and incoming call requests, further to inbox management on behalf of executives,
- Any further ad-hoc support where required.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Experience within higher education will be highly regarded,
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and stakeholder management,
- Strong organisational, scheduling and multitasking abilities
- The availability to commence immediately and with full availability for 6 months minimum.
