OEM Dynamics Pty Limited is an Australian owned and operated Company active in the manufacture and supply of Mechanical Power Transmission and Heat Transfer products. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Officer to join their Sales/Customer Service team.
As a Dispatch Officer, you will be responsible for executing dispatch tasks with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency. Your work will ensure timely deliveries and contribute to their exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Pack products for transport and manage freight loading/unloading
- Operate and maintain dispatch systems and procedures
- Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks reliably
- Forklift license desirable, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong teamwork skills
- Understanding of WHS rules and commitment to safety
- Attention to cleanliness and workplace organisation
