The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia’s leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to funding world-class breast cancer research.
With an ambitious vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer, NBCF plays a critical role in improving outcomes for people affected by the disease. The organisation is well respected, high performing and deeply committed to innovation, collaboration, and impact.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, this role is responsible for leading the evolution of NBCF’s significant Single Giving program from a primarily direct mail model into a diversified, multi-channel program spanning digital, telemarketing and emerging platforms. The successful applicant will inherit a strong program and be empowered to rethink how it operates through experimentation, iteration and continuous improvement.

This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of an established program, drive meaningful innovation, and contribute to life-saving research.
