About the Role
As the Direct Marketing Manager , you’ll lead the strategy and execution of CHFF’s single giving program, including Direct Mail, Acquisition, and Gifts in Wills, across Australia, the US, and Canada.
Reporting to the Global Head of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, you’ll manage integrated fundraising campaigns that inspire supporters - developing compelling multi-channel appeals, supporter journeys, and acquisition initiatives that drive growth, loyalty, and long-term impact.
This is both a hands-on, and strategic role where you’ll combine creativity with data-driven insight to deliver campaigns that make a real difference to women’s lives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of CHFF’s direct mail appeals and single giving strategy
• Manage end-to-end campaign development - from creative briefing and content coordination to data segmentation, mail house liaison, and delivery
• Analyse campaign performance , generate insights, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Develop and test new approaches for donor acquisition, retention, and engagement across mail and digital channels
• Design and implement engaging supporter journeys to enhance donor stewardship and lifetime value
• Collaborate with fundraising, digital, and content teams to ensure a cohesive supporter experience across all touchpoints
• Manage agency and supplier relationships to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
- You’re an experienced direct marketing professional
, with a background in the Not-for-Profit sector
• Skilled in managing end-to-end direct mail and multi-channel campaigns that drive results
• Comfortable analysing data and translating insights into practical strategies for growth and retention
• Strong project management skills , with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with a donor-first mindset
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working with purpose and creativity
• Experience across international Not For Profit markets (Australia, US, or Canada) will be highly regarded
