About the Role
As the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager , you’ll lead and deliver CHFF’s global digital strategy, shaping how the organisation tells its story, engages supporters and grows income through digital channels.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll oversee content, campaigns and digital platforms that elevate Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation and supporter experience across Australia, the US, and Canada.
What You’ll Do

- Lead the development and delivery of CHFF’s global digital marketing
and communications strategy
to grow brand awareness, engagement and revenue
- Oversee the creation of compelling content
across website, social media and email channels
- Manage and optimise the CHFF website, driving performance
through UX, SEO and analytics
- Develop and monitor integrated digital campaigns
that are audience-informed and data-led
- Collaborate with the Paid Media Specialist on paid digital activity
and performance reporting
- Provide insights, trend analysis and recommendations to inform campaign planning and supporter experience
About You
- A strategic and hands-on
digital marketer with experience leading Not-for-Profit digital marketing and communications across multiple channels
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement data-driven digital strategies
that increase engagement, awareness and revenue
- Experienced in managing websites, content production and digital platforms, with strong knowledge of UX, analytics and optimisation
- Skilled in creating and managing paid digital campaigns
across social media, Google Ads and YouTube to acquire, engage and retain supporters
- Strong analytical, planning and project management skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaigns
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively
with internal teams, including fundraising and content teams, to deliver integrated digital campaigns
- Experience in global fundraising is highly regarded
