With a boots-on-the-ground approach and a genuine connection to rural communities, Farm Angels delivers financial aid, counselling referrals, care packs, and more directly to our Aussie Farmers who need it most.
As the organisation evolves, Farm Angels is investing in digital infrastructure and talent to drive long-term sustainability, diversify its fundraising portfolio, and expand its supporter base. That’s where this role comes in.
About the Role:
As the Digital Fundraising Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, building and delivering digital campaigns that drive regular donations, grow supporter engagement, and increase brand visibility. Assisting the Fundraising & Events Manager, You’ll lead the digital strategy across email, social, web, and paid channels, aimed at supporting appeals while helping to build a consistent and compelling donor journey.
This is a newly created position with greenfield potential you’ll have the autonomy to set up scalable digital systems, test innovative campaign strategies, and collaborate across fundraising, data, and communications.

You’ve had proven success in delivering digital fundraising campaigns, growing donor bases, and using metrics to guide decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver digital fundraising strategy in collaboration with the Fundraising & Events Manager, aligning digital content with appeals, events, and community initiatives
- Build or improve digital tools (e.g. Raisely, Google Analytics) to measure conversion rates, donor journeys, and campaign ROI
- Set up basic yet scalable reporting frameworks to support evidence-based decisions
- Manage campaigns across email (EDM), paid social, website, and SEO/SEM to increase reach, conversion, and retention
- Lead creation of compelling and consistent digital content across channels (social, video, email, SMS, web) that emotionally connects supporters to our farmers’ stories and impact
- Use data and analytics to track campaign performance, optimise donor journeys, and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data specialists, PR/media teams, and community fundraising leads
- Build and manage digital assets (landing pages, donation forms) and coordinate campaign timelines

About You:

Key requirements:
- Experience in digital fundraising or digital marketing in a not-for-profit or cause-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive donations and engagement through digital campaigns
- Hands-on skills in email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor), CMS, and paid social tools
- Strong copywriting skills, with an eye for impactful storytelling and donor-centric messaging
- Experience interpreting campaign metrics and using data for decision-making.
- Organised, collaborative, and self-driven
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Raisely, Blackbaud, or Infoodle.
- Knowledge of rural Australia and the challenges facing farming communities
- Experience working in a small to mid-sized charity with hands-on execution responsibility
