Digital Campaigns Officer

Are you a creative digital fundraiser ready to drive purpose-led campaigns?
Parkinson’s NSW is looking for a Digital Campaigns Officer to take the lead on innovative digital fundraising and communications initiatives.
  • Flex your creativity in digital campaigns that make a real impact
  • Flexible part-time role with free on-site parking at North Ryde
  • Part-time 3 or 4 day opportunity

About Parkinson’s NSW:
Parkinson’s NSW is a not-for-profit organisation that empowers people living with Parkinson’s – every step of the way. From Neurological Nurse Specialists and an InfoLine, to counselling, support groups and advocacy – Parkinson’s NSW delivers essential services while raising awareness and funds to improve quality of life and advance research.

About the Role:
This is a newly created, flexible part-time position (3–4 days/week). Working across both the Marketing and Communications and Fundraising teams, the Digital Campaigns Officer will develop and deliver digital content that informs and inspires the Parkinson’s community.
You will take the lead in shaping and implementing a digital fundraising strategy, manage digital channels, produce engaging content, optimise supporter journeys and help convert interest into action – whether that’s through donations, events, or advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver an effective digital fundraising strategy to grow engagement, acquisition and donor participation
  • Develop and optimise content across websites, social media, email and digital advertising
  • Manage online fundraising platforms, donation pages and automation workflows
  • Lead digital lead acquisition and conversion campaigns, with clear performance tracking
  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Analyse campaign data and use insights to continuously refine digital activities
  • Manage digital components of the communications calendar in sync with broader campaigns
  • Educate and upskill staff in digital best practice and platform use
  • Maintain and moderate social media and Support Group pages

About You:
You are a results-driven digital communicator who thrives in a values-led environment. You’re equally strategic and hands-on – able to create content, optimise campaigns and manage digital systems that support both fundraising and community engagement.
You’ll bring:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and fundraising tools and analytics
  • A track record of delivering data-led digital campaigns that drive engagement and donations
  • Creative flair for campaign concepts and a passion for storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines collaboratively
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with digital platforms and CRMs
Desirable:
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector or working with volunteers
  • Previous experience supporting or collaborating with team managers
Why Join Parkinson’s NSW?
This is your chance to apply your digital and creative skills for real impact – in a flexible role, within a supportive team, and for a cause that touches thousands of lives across NSW. Be part of an organisation that values compassion, collaboration and empowerment.
