We're looking for a Donor Database Coordinator

- Central Northern Gold Coast location
- Commencing ASAP
- Part-Time (3 days per week)
- Flexible working / Hybrid
- Temporary 4 Week Assignment
- $46.27 per hour (casual) + super
- Process and receipt donations across multiple channels (cash, website, phone, etc.).
- Maintain clean, accurate donor records and lead regular data audits and imports.
- Be the go-to Salesforce expert: manage users, build reports and dashboards, and improve workflows.
- Reconcile donation data with our Finance team and support month-end and year-end reporting.
- Respond to donor enquiries, update contact preferences, and make every supporter interaction meaningful.
- Provide general administrative support to the Fundraising team, including event and campaign support.
- ESSENTIAL: Proficiency with Salesforce for data management and reporting.
- Experience in the not-for-profit or charity sector or in a similar role.
- Experience with donation/payment processing, receipting, and reconciliation.
- A sharp eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality donor data.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong donor service mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot database issues and proactively improve systems.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and other data tools.
