Role responsibilities
  

You’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of NBCF’s Regular Giving (RG) payment cycles across all payment types - supporting payment processing, managing exceptions/reattempts, and ensuring best practise in process governance.
  
Sitting in the Data and Insights team, you will report to the Head of Data and Insights as well as collaborate closely with Supporter Services. 
  • Coordinate all Regular Giving payment cycles for EFT, credit card and direct debit; prepare and validate donor/gift data in Raiser’s Edge NXT Database View ahead of scheduled runs.
  • Monitor payment runs, and ensure all processing deadlines are met; oversee management of declines, reattempt schedules, terminations and recovery processes - working closely with other teams to resolve data issues and payment errors.
  • Liaise with Finance team to support accurate reconciliation data, reporting, and auditโ€‘ready documentation.
  • Produce regular reporting on collection performance, decline trends, and processing KPIs - analyse reoccuring issues, identify root causes and suggest/implement solutions.
  • Maintain high-quality and compliant donor data and accurate record keeping; support process automation and documentation to strengthen data quality and compliance.
   
   
Essential Requirements
   
You will be driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience for donors and your internal stakeholders. You’ll be passionate about the mission of the organisation and improving existing systems and processes enabling the best user experience possible within the CRM.
  • Robust experience in payments operations, data operations, revenue operations, or fundraising operations within a CRM or financial processing environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT Database or similar relational databases.
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring data quality and applying data standards, as well as awareness of privacy, PCI compliance requirements, and secure handling of payment and personal data.
  • Continuous improvement/analytical mindset with proven examples of recognising trending issues, identifying root causes, and implementing workflow optimisation.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to manage high volume transactional data, cyclical proccesses and competing deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
  • High-level communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
