Role Responsibilities
NBCF are seeking a highly detail focused Data & Insights Executive to support the accurate, timely and compliant management of fundraising and donor data. This is a hands on operational data role where accuracy, discipline and ownership are critical.
You will work closely with the Data & Insights team to keep CRM data clean, reliable and ready to support fundraising activity and cover the following areas:
- Running daily data imports into Raiser’s Edge NXT, meeting strict SLAs
- Managing, merging and maintaining high volumes of donor and campaign data
- Investigating data issues and resolving discrepancies quickly and accurately
- Maintaining strong data quality and integrity controls
- Supporting automation, ETL and continuous improvement initiatives
- Producing reports and responding to ad hoc data requests
- Keeping documentation, business rules and processes up to date
- Proven experience in CRM or data operations roles
- Strong hands on experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with transactional data
- High level Excel skills for validation, reconciliation and reporting
- A structured, methodical approach and strong sense of accountability
- Ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast paced environment
