About the role
You will sit within the Fundraising and Events team for this dynamic, national children’s charity committed to improving access to education for disadvantaged youth.
This is a newly created role in a time of organisational growth, with a focus on effectively maintaining the Salesforce CRM and leveraging data to enable strategic growth across fundraising campaigns.
- Ensure data quality and accurate record-keeping within the CRM, maintaining best practise data governance and security coaching the team as needed to get the best value and usage from the CRM.
- Segment and extract data for multi-channel campaigns across a variety of revenue streams, build and manage tailored donor journeys to increase engagement, and deliver post-campaign reports with insights/recommendations for future campaigns.
- Develop flows, forms, and enhancements as needed to support continuous improvement; documenting existing processes, creating manuals and how-to guides as needed.
- General administrative tasks, collaborating within a small team environment to ensure effective campaign delivery.
Essential Criteria
In addition to robust experience supporting marketing/fundraising in the for-purpose sector, you will love data, have a solid technical foundation, and be comfortable collaborating in a small and tight-knit team. You’ll be passionate about social justice and supporting communities in need.
- Proven experience with Salesforce or similar relational database and a strong understanding of data driven marketing channels such as EDM, Direct Mail and Digital).
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work autonomously while being able to communicate effectively within a team.
- Excellent relationship-building aptitude and an understanding of best-practise stewardship of donor relationships.
- Ability to use initiative and think outside the box, have a continuous improvement mindset when it comes to systems and processes.
- The successful candidate will be required to complete a Working With Children Check
