Working as part of an agile squad , you will help improve end‑to‑end customer journeys by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting the implementation of practical solutions. You will work closely with marketing, fundraising, and internal stakeholders to ensure changes deliver real value for supporters while improving internal efficiencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and facilitating continuous improvement workshops to gather stakeholder input and build engagement
- Ensuring supporter and internal feedback is captured and embedded into change initiatives
- Collecting and analysing data to assess feasibility and support decision‑making
- Reviewing, updating, and maintaining end‑to‑end customer journeys
- Supporting improvements to supporter correspondence journeys, ensuring consistency and quality
- Working with the agile squad to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Monitoring progress, risks, and challenges and providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures

You will bring:
- Experience in customer experience, continuous improvement, or process improvement roles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- The ability to work with and interpret data
- Well‑developed problem‑solving and planning skills
- Clear written communication skills, including the ability to write in plain English
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
