A much-loved Charity based in South-West Sydney has created a Mid Value Donor Officer role, a new role that will nurture their valued supporters, with the aim of encouraging them to support the issues that they care about the most.
You will support the development and delivery of engaging campaigns, build strong relationships with donors, and contribute to their long-term fundraising strategy.
Key Responsibilities
You will also have the chance to work from home for 2-3 days per week, offering a flexible working style that gives great work-life balance. This role is either full time or 4 days per week. (Salary pro-rated for 4 days per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and steward relationships with regular givers and mid-level donors, ensuring they feel valued and understand the impact they are making.
- Support with the planning and implementation of fundraising campaigns.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance and donor trends.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and programs teams to tell powerful stories.
- Experience in phone-based customer service, with a genuine desire to nurture relationships with donors to encourage further support.
- Someone who will take ownership of this project and who enjoys the account management aspect of customer service.
- A passion for a Charity or ‘For-purpose’ role that makes a difference
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge)
- Highly organised and data-driven
- Availability within a 2-week period (I.e. up to a 2 week notice period)
- Knowledge/experience of donor care or supporter services in a Charity is a bonus
