Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer/client experiences? Beaumont People are seeking a proactive Customer Service Liaison
to join our clients team on a temporary (6 week) basis. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers ensuring every interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Phone based Customer Service and Administration
- Full-time hours | Immediate start
- Coolangatta location
- 6-8 week temporary assignment
- Act as the first point of contact for high volume inbound customer enquiries across phone and email channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly
- Resolve issues and follow up on enquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments to support customer requests and provide accurate information
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Proven experience in administration, reception, call centre, or phone-based customer service roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Due to the nature of these roles you must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
