This role focuses on creating high-quality marketing and business development collateral, helping translate complex subject matter into clear, engaging and client-ready content.
Working closely with marketing, design and subject matter experts across the business, you will play a key role in producing polished collateral that supports the firm’s client engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit and refine marketing and business development collateral, including brochures, flyers, capability statements and credentials.
- Translate complex or technical subject matter into clear, engaging and client-focused content.
- Edit and enhance existing materials to improve clarity, tone, structure and consistency.
- Ensure all written outputs align with brand, tone of voice and messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to unpack technical information and develop compelling narratives.
- Work closely with marketing and design colleagues to ensure copy integrates seamlessly into designed materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight turnaround times and production deadlines.
- Contribute to maintaining consistency as the firm evolves its services and brand messaging.
You are a confident corporate writer who thrives in a fast-moving professional environment and enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, compelling content.
You will likely bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in copywriting, content development or editorial roles.
- Experience producing client-facing marketing or business development collateral, ideally within professional services or a B2B environment.
- Strong ability to quickly understand complex subject matter and translate it into accessible language.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality written work.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Experience working in corporate or professional services environments will be highly regarded.
