About the Role
We are seeking an experienced , motivated and relationshipโdriven Community Fundraising Manager to lead and grow community fundraising nationally .
In this highโimpact role, you’ll inspire community fundraisers, coordinate national events, oversee massโparticipation and DIY campaigns and deliver key annual initiatives including Parkinson’s Awareness Month, Adventure Treks and EOFY campaigns.
You will join a small, highโperforming and supportive team - working remotely with ownership, autonomy and meaningful purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Community Fundraising & Events
- Inspire and steward fundraisers to deliver successful DIY and massโparticipation events.
- Plan and deliver a national portfolio of fundraising activities to meet and exceed targets.
- Lead the annual Adventure Trek program, managing budgets and supporter experience.
- Deliver events including logistics, suppliers, volunteers, risk and evaluation.
- Lead Parkinson’s Awareness Month and World Parkinson’s Day campaigns each April.
- Deliver annual EOFY, matched giving and Regular Giving growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement annual community fundraising strategies.
- Track and report performance monthly to inform insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and grow supporter data through Salesforce, Raisley and associated platforms.
- Build strong relationships with fundraisers, volunteers, donors and ambassadors.
- Represent the Foundation at fundraising events and industry forums.
- Work closely with Marketing & Communications to deliver integrated promotions.
You are a passionate, peopleโcentred fundraiser with strong community engagement and event management experience - and a genuine desire to make a difference.
You bring:
- Demonstrated experience in community fundraising and event management.
- Success in growing fundraising income yearโonโyear.
- Strong relationshipโbuilding and supporter stewardship skills.
- Excellent project and budget management capability.
- Experience with Salesforce, Raisley or similar platforms.
- Empathy, communication excellence and a proactive, solutionsโfocused mindset.
