- Ensure community fundraising activity aligns with supporter journeys, brand values and organisational priorities
- Represent CDA at events and work collaboratively across teams—bringing imagination, clarity and structure to community-focused initiatives
- Contribute subject-matter expertise to organisational planning and fundraising discussions
You’re a strategic community fundraising professional who thrives on turning ideas into action. With a strong background in delivering and shaping community fundraising programs, you’re confident moving between big-picture planning and hands-on execution. You understand how to engage communities in meaningful ways—and how to build momentum toward scalable, sustainable support.
You bring creativity, emotional intelligence and a relationship-first mindset, with the maturity to influence at all levels and the drive to build something lasting.
You have:

- Excellent relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging a diverse range of supporters and stakeholders
- Strong planning, analytical and project management abilities
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and a passion for purpose-driven work
- Creativity, warmth and enthusiasm aligned with CDA’s values and mission
- Join a values-led organisation bringing joy, connection and wellbeing to people nationwide
