About the role:

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will work closely with the Communications Manager to bring content to life across digital and member-facing channels. You will play a key role in ensuring consistent, engaging and well-executed communications, supporting everything from social media and newsletters to events and digital content.
This is a great opportunity for someone who experience who enjoys creating content, working to deadlines, and contributing to a team that supports a broader community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and publishing content across social media, website and digital platforms
  • Supporting the delivery of newsletters, campaigns and member communications using MailChimp
  • Designing simple, engaging visual content (Canva or similar)
  • Maintaining the content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of communications
  • Monitoring social media engagement and responding or escalating where required
  • Tracking and reporting on digital performance, including basic metrics and insights
  • Supporting event communications, including promotions and registrations
  • Assisting with general communications administration and content coordination
About You:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or digital content roles
  • Hands-on experience using MailChimp is essential
  • Experience using Canva or similar tools for basic design work
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident creating and publishing social media content across platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proactive, reliable and able to manage your time effectively in a part-time capacity
