Shape stronger charity partnerships through insight-led campaigns and exceptional client care.

At Mondial, we’re proud fundraisers who believe great conversations can change the world. For over 20 years, we’ve partnered with leading charities to deliver best-practice telephone fundraising- focused on quality, respect and donor-centric outcomes. We’re proud members of the Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA) and are recognised in the sector for a quality-first, donor-centric approach.

Working with long-standing clients such as UNICEF Australia, Starlight Children's Foundation, New Zealand Red Cross, Australia for UNHCR, Plan International Australia, the McGrath Foundation, Mission Australia and HRI, our team is passionate about delivering exceptional campaigns and long-term results. Our culture is collaborative, inclusive and driven by learning, innovation and impact.

About the role

As Client Services Manager , you’ll sit at the heart of Mondial’s client partnerships- managing integrated fundraising projects, overseeing campaign delivery, analysing performance and building trusted relationships that stand the test of time.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll own your work end-to-end, collaborate closely with internal teams and charity partners, and continuously look for opportunities to optimise results and add value.

In this key role, you will:
  • Manage and grow strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and results
  • Deliver telephone fundraising campaigns from briefing through to post-campaign evaluation
  • Develop integrated strategies aligned to client objectives across Regular Giving, Retention and Gift in Wills
  • Analyse and interpret campaign data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Oversee timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure campaigns run on time and on budget
  • Prepare client documentation including proposals, reports and briefing materials
  • Stay informed on fundraising trends and contribute learnings across the business
About you

You're the kind of person who notices when a campaign is tracking 8% under forecast and wants to know why. You can read a pivot table and a call transcript with equal comfort. You’re organised, detail-oriented and relationship-driven. You enjoy juggling multiple projects, translating data into insights and working closely with clients to help them succeed. You’re curious, proactive and bring a genuine passion for fundraising and purpose-led work.

Most importantly, you value quality, teamwork and continuous learning- just like we do.

You bring:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in fundraising, account management, project management or a related field
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence analysing and interpreting data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management capability
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • A genuine interest in charity fundraising and donor-centred outcomes
Why you’ll love working at Mondial
  • Join a small, experienced and supportive team that truly loves what they do and values doing things properly.
  • Flexible working arrangements and a relaxed, inclusive culture
  • Work in a business where tech powers performance. Mondial runs a sophisticated fundraising environment - dialler-led, AWS-hosted, underpinned by a SQL Server data warehouse and brought to life through SSRS and Power BI.
  • With proprietary tools for automated call QA, real-time reporting and secure data returns- plus continuous automation and CRM integration - we take quality seriously and build systems that prove it.
  • Ongoing professional development and investment in your growth.
  • Work with inspiring charities and causes that make real impact.
