What You’ll Do:

As Call Centre Supervisor, you’ll lead a team delivering high-quality support and outreach to members across the country. You’ll play a key role in shaping daily operations and driving a culture of service excellence and teamwork.

      Key responsibilities:
  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the National Call Centre.
  • Providing hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of dedicated full-time and part-time staff.
  • Monitoring performance and quality to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with union goals.
  • Managing outbound and escalation calls with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborating with campaign leads to support strategic outreach efforts.
  • Assisting in recruitment and retention of call centre staff, fostering a strong team culture.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Demonstrated experience in a call centre or fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Proven success in leading, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Experience with CRMs and a focus on membership engagement and retention.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to balance leadership responsibilities and hands-on contribution.
  • Experience in a member-based organisation, union, or not-for-profit is highly desirable.
