Role responsibilities
Reporting to the IT Manager and working in a small, tight-knit IT team, you will provide technical support across critical enterprise systems (HRIS, ERP, Payroll, Rostering, EDMS and clinical applications). In this varied role, you will troubleshoot issues, contribute to projects and system improvements and business partner across various teams; supporting systems on-premise and on the cloud.

Role responsibilities
Reporting to the IT Manager and working in a small, tight-knit IT team, you will provide technical support across critical enterprise systems (HRIS, ERP, Payroll, Rostering, EDMS and clinical applications). In this varied role, you will troubleshoot issues, contribute to projects and system improvements and business partner across various teams; supporting systems on-premise and on the cloud.
- Analysing end-user requirements and how they connect with organisational processes and workflows, then recommending solutions that leverage current and future technologies
- Providing technical support, maintenance, and enhancements to enterprise systems such as the Human Resource Information System (HRIS - UKG Ready), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP - Epicor), Electronic Document Management System (EDMS - MANAD), and clinical applications (e.g. Medical Director).
- Conveying technical information clearly and concisely to a diverse customer base, including documentation, reporting, presentations, workshops and/or delivery of training.
- Effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders, including I.T. manager & operations, Executive team, systems Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), as well as 3rd party technical teams and account managers.
- Effectively prioritising & actioning tasks assigned through incident tickets, activities outlined in formal project plans, regular interactions with key stakeholders, and tasks assigned from the I.T. Manager.
Essential Requirements
You will be passionate about utilising your technical expertise and delivering a high level of customer service; and being the interface between IT and various business units.
- Qualifications in IT/systems management or qualifications buy experience, with experience in a System Support role.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills be able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing hosted solutions via vendor relationships, third party utilities and Azure
- Experience with ERP, HRIS, payroll, rostering and clinical systems, as well as business analysis and project management.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to support with business process mapping.
- Experience with integration is strongly preferred (including APIs and general middleware).
- Highly developed skills across Microsoft 365 suite, Windows servers, email gateways, firewalls and a good understanding of data networking principles.
