Following a period of strategic renewal, the board are looking to appoint two new directors to work collaboratively with the Chief Executive Officer and guide the organisation’s purpose, reputation, resources and long-term sustainability. The Boad is committed to a culture of integrity, respect, curiosity and collective stewardship.
The successful candidate will bring:
- Previous Board or governance experience ideally with GAICD qualification
- Experience within health, aged care, disability, community services or the not-for-profit sector
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly regarded:
Clinical governance
Human resources
Government relations
Digital transformation
Strategy and business development
