Beaumont People are on the hunt for a proactive and confident Administration Officer to join our clients site.
The Administration Officer (Production) provides administrative and operational support to the production function. This role ensures accurate documentation of production activities, materials management, and data entry into MoPro (inventory management software).

The Administration Officer (Production) provides administrative and operational support to the production function. This role ensures accurate documentation of production activities, materials management, and data entry into MoPro (inventory management software).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, records management, and correspondence.
- Accurately maintain and reconcile production records
- Enter production-related data into MoPro, including BOMs, stock takes, and product codes.
- Prepare reports and analysis on production KPIs, variances, and operational performance.
- Support coordination of production scheduling with the Production Supervisor.
- Assist with quality assurance programs and audits, maintaining compliance documentation.
- Support stock ordering and receiving processes in alignment with production needs.
- Respond to internal and external queries regarding production status, and product availability.
- Maintain strong Excel-based reporting tools to support financial and operational insights
- Very strong organisational and administrative skills
- Thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), specifically Excel
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management abilities
- Excellent customer and interpersonal skills - the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders is essential
- Financial literacy in Bill of materials (BOMs), Cost of goods sold (COGs), sales, and gross profit.
- Confident to contribute as the team develop systems and processes that allow for more efficient operations
