- Immediate start – secure a role before the new year
- 3-month contract with potential for transition and handover period
- PT (4 days) or FT hours available
- $35.23 per hour + Super
- 9am–5pm, fully onsite
- Deakin, ACT, 2600 location with street parking
- Christmas shutdown: 24 Dec – 5 Jan
You’ll be working closely with internal teams and supporting a wide range of administrative functions that keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly and timely responses to inbound enquiries (phone, email and written)
- Make outbound calls to support membership, events and training activities
- Assist with administering events, training sessions and member processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM (iMIS experience an advantage)
- Coordinate outgoing mail, including merchandise and member materials
- Manage office supplies, stationery and general office organisation
- Support the wider team with varied administrative tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM databases
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Experience in not-for-profit, associations, membership organisations or service-focused environments
