An opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive Administration Officer to join a friendly, supportive team and step into a busy, varied role. Perfect for someone who enjoys being the go-to person, thrives on variety, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer and administrative support.
  • Immediate start – secure a role before the new year
  • 3-month contract with potential for transition and handover period
  • PT (4 days) or FT hours available
  • $35.23 per hour + Super
  • 9am–5pm, fully onsite
  • Deakin, ACT, 2600 location with street parking
  • Christmas shutdown: 24 Dec – 5 Jan

You’ll be working closely with internal teams and supporting a wide range of administrative functions that keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, friendly and timely responses to inbound enquiries (phone, email and written)
  • Make outbound calls to support membership, events and training activities
  • Assist with administering events, training sessions and member processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM (iMIS experience an advantage)
  • Coordinate outgoing mail, including merchandise and member materials
  • Manage office supplies, stationery and general office organisation
  • Support the wider team with varied administrative tasks
About You
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using CRM databases
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Highly Regarded
  • Experience in not-for-profit, associations, membership organisations or service-focused environments
