Our client is seeking an Administration Assistant or Office Coordinator to ensure their daily operations run smoothly, which will support projects that deliver life-saving support to vulnerable communities around the world.
The role is a temp to perm opportunity which will give you the chance to trial the role initially. The role is also 5 days a week, 9AM to 3PM.
As the Office Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. You will be supporting senior leadership with admin tasks and will maintain effective systems to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office
- Provide administrative support to senior staff and programme teams
- Coordinate meetings, travel and events
- Support with finance duties such as invoicing
- Maintain filing systems, databases and internal documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and IT support
- Support onboarding and HR administration tasks
- Someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Experienced in an administrative or coordination role (Charity experience is a bonus)
