About the Role
The Administration Assistant will play a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly. Working closely with the CEO, EA and wider team, you’ll provide general administrative support, assist members, and help ensure dayโtoโday operations flow seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO, Executive Assistant, and wider team.
- Manage the main enquiries inbox, triage incoming requests, handle lowโvolume calls, and monitor online membership applications.
- Coordinate daily mail, maintain general office upkeep, manage office supplies (e.g., fruit, stationery), and organise catering as needed.
- Prepare mail merges and assist with basic document formatting.
- Ensure smooth workflow across the office by effectively triaging incoming tasks.
- Support meeting preparation and room set up, maintain tidy shared spaces, and contribute to keeping the office running efficiently.

- Confidence using CRM systems (iMIS highly desirable).
- Experience within a membershipโbased organisation is highly desirable.
