Acquisition Coordinator – Single Giving | The Fred Hollows Foundation

Play a key role in growing single giving income and supporter acquisition for a globally recognised organisation working to end avoidable blindness.

The Fred Hollows Foundation is an international development organisation working to eliminate avoidable blindness and improve eye health. Inspired by the work of Professor Fred Hollows, The Foundation partners with communities, governments and local health systems to create lasting impact.

As Acquisition Coordinator – Single Giving , you’ll support the delivery and optimisation of The Foundation’s single giving acquisition program. This role coordinates the end-to-end execution of donor acquisition campaigns across direct mail, unaddressed mail, press inserts and emerging channels, helping to deliver sustainable income and supporter growth in line with The Foundation’s strategic framework.

In this key role, you will:
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of single giving acquisition campaigns across direct mail, unaddressed mail, press inserts and other direct response channels
  • Support new campaign setup, piloting, collateral development, supplier liaison and internal coordination
  • Work with external partners and internal teams to deliver high-quality, audience-focused campaign activity
  • Support donor-centric messaging, creative briefs, audience insights and review of campaign copy/creative
  • Coordinate campaign reporting, budget tracking and post-campaign analysis to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Assist with audience research, campaign testing, planning for new audiences and broader Acquisition team support
About You

You’re a highly organised and detail-oriented campaign coordinator with experience in direct marketing, fundraising or supporter acquisition. You enjoy bringing campaigns to life, keeping projects on track and working with multiple stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes.

You’re confident working with timelines, budgets, campaign results and creative processes, and you bring a proactive, collaborative approach to everything you do. With strong written communication skills and an interest in donor behaviour, storytelling and impact, you’re motivated by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful supporter growth.

You have:
  • Experience in a similar role across direct marketing, fundraising or campaign coordination, ideally with exposure to direct mail appeals
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail across written, numerical and administrative tasks
  • Ability to work with campaign reports, budgets, spreadsheets and performance data
  • Exposure to creative development processes, content creation or campaign messaging
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills
  • A collaborative approach and ability to build effective relationships across teams and with external suppliers
  • Ideally, experience in a not-for-profit and/or direct marketing environment, with exposure to segmentation, testing or donor behaviour insights
