These are hands-on positions supporting day-to-day finance operations across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will be working in high-volume environments, ensuring accurate processing and maintaining strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and allocating payments
- Managing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Performing account reconciliations (bank, debtor, and creditor)
- Managing customer (debtor) accounts with a focus on maintaining accuracy
- Assisting with invoice processing and remittances
- Following up outstanding payments and resolving account queries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Supporting the broader finance team with ad hoc tasks
- Previous experience in a general accounts or accounts assistant role
- Exposure to both AP and AR functions
- Experience in payroll is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work
- Confident using accounting systems and Excel
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach
- Available to start immediately or on short notice
