Key Duties:
- Nurture and own client relationships, acting as their trusted partner - providing support, guiding strategy, managing expectations, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Lead and coordinate multi-channel fundraising and marketing campaigns from concept through to final delivery, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and on budget.
- Develop and oversee creative and fundraising strategies across acquisition, retention, donor journeys, regular giving, mid-level and legacy, ensuring all assets and content align with objectives and resonate with audiences.
- Drive continuous improvement, staying across fundraising trends, monitoring account performance, and contributing to best-practice approaches that deliver measurable value.
- Support business growth by assisting with pitches, expanding client accounts, and representing the organisation at industry events to strengthen visibility and relationships.
- Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in the fundraising space, or in digital/direct marketing
- Passion for the not-for-profit sector
- Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and expectations
- Strong project management capabilities, ensuring campaigns meet deadlines, budgets, and objectives
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams, including strategy, creative, and production, to deliver high-impact campaigns
- Stay ahead of trends and insights in fundraising and donor engagement to bring best practice and evidence-based strategies to our clients
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in the non-profit or charity sector, - having an understanding of fundraising strategies and donor engagement is a huge benefit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
