Nicole joined the Beaumont People team in 2008 and has been an integral part of the team ever since.

Her background prior to recruitment was a mix of sales, customer service and team management which has proved to stand her in good stead as an excellent recruiter.

Nicole has worked as a member of the Call Centre, Education and Charity Executive Search Team, on temporary and permanent staffing needs and career opportunities for roles ranging from entry level to C-Suite.

Nicole's years of experience mean that she can provide specialist knowledge and advice to her clients and candidates and be confident that she's adding value. Her positive energy and outlook is contagious and has helped her to build strong, successful working relationships with her colleagues, clients and candidates.

In 2019, Nicole has taken on a new role within the business, becoming the LEAD Mentoring Programme Coordinator. In this role, Nicole draws on her years of experience and high service standards, to ensure the LEAD program provides value and engagement for all its members.

Nicole genuinely loves providing excellent customer service and nothing is too much trouble for her which we believe makes her stand out from the crowd!
