Lily joined Beaumont People in 2025 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant, bringing with her a background in sport management, client care, and administration across the sport, education, and small business sectors.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, Lily combines her understanding of people and performance with a strong foundation in organisation and communication. She is passionate about delivering a thoughtful, client-care driven approach to her work, ensuring that every interaction is supportive, efficient, and people-focused.

Known for her approachable nature and attention to detail, Lily is excited to continue growing her career in recruitment and contributing to connecting people with meaningful opportunities.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys playing sport and spending quality time with friends and family.
