Kate brings 16 years’ recruitment experience, specialising in operations and administrative roles within the For Purpose sector. Working nationally with purpose driven organisations, she helps secure dependable, values aligned talent who support day to day operations and strengthen internal capacity.

Kate works closely with charities nationally, from small community organisations to larger, multi‑site providers. She takes the time to understand each organisation’s mission, culture, funding environment, and capacity pressures, ensuring recruitment solutions are practical, realistic, and values aligned.
