Recruitment Consultant
Focusing on permanent growth, community and functional roles within independent schools and in the wider education sector, I partner with organisations to appoint the professionals who support thriving student, family and staff communities.
My focus is on non‑teaching, operational, campus-based and community-facing positions - the people who shape experience, strengthen school identity and ensure seamless day‑to‑day delivery across marketing, enrolments, student engagement, administration, facilities and ICT.
Recruiting across all levels, including but not limited to:
- Marketing & Communications: Marketing Manager, Marketing Officer, Digital, Brand and Content roles
- Enrolments & Admissions: Registrar, Enrolments Manager, Admissions Officers
- Events & Community Engagement: Events Coordinators, Community Engagement roles, Alumni
- Operations, Facilities & WHS: Property, Maintenance, Operations and Compliance support
- ICT & Digital Support: IT Support, Systems Administrators, operational IT roles
- Administration & School Office Support: EA to COO/Principal, Office Manager, Reception, School Secretary
- Functional Support Roles: Finance Officers, HR Advisors, Wellbeing Staff and broader corporate services positions
