Meet the Team

Helen joined Beaumont People in January 2026, specialising in the education and for-purpose sectors, bringing a strong people-first, purpose-led approach to her work. Originally from near Liverpool in the UK, Helen began her career as a maths teacher before relocating to Sydney 14 years ago. Since then, she has built extensive experience across education and for-purpose landscapes, developing deep insight into the skills, structures and challenges of mission-driven organisations.

 

Prior to joining Beaumont People, Helen held senior engagement, fundraising and partnership roles with organisations including Cancer Council NSW, Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation and the Black Dog Institute, where she led community engagement, events, education and business development initiatives. These roles strengthened her ability to build trusted relationships and deliver outcomes aligned to organisational values.

 

At Beaumont People, Helen applies her sector knowledge and stakeholder engagement expertise to connect education organisations with exceptional talent, with a focus on permanent recruitment and providing an exceptional client and candidate experience. 

 

On weekends, you’ll find her staying true to her English roots by watching all things sport!
