Grace joined Beaumont People in 2025 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant, working across permanent roles within the education sector.

With a strong client-facing background including in hospitality and a Bachelor of Business and Hospitality, Grace brings a warm, people-first approach to her work.

Known for her ability to build genuine connections, she is passionate about finding the right fit for both candidates and clients.

Outside of the office, Grace enjoys spending time on her family's farm, where she feels most at home.
