Originally from the north of the UK, Ella has a broad background in marketing, having worked across financial services, retail and sustainability sectors. Her expertise spans marketing strategy, brand management and content creation and she brings a hands-on, proactive approach.

Passionate about working for a business that makes a positive impact, Ella is proud to be part of a company focused on helping others.

As Marketing Executive at Beaumont People, Ella is responsible for channel management, building the brand and providing extensive support to the recruitment teams.

Outside of work, she enjoys making the most of the Australian lifestyle—whether that’s relaxing at the beach, practicing yoga, or dining out with friends.
