With over six years’ experience in recruitment, Savannah brings a strong understanding of the associations and membership sector, with deep knowledge of how these organisations operate and the challenges they face. This allows her to provide practical, well-informed advice to both clients and candidates.
 
Savannah is known for her relationship-led approach, taking the time to understand what success looks like for each brief and delivering outcomes that are aligned, realistic and long-term. She works closely with hiring managers to navigate market conditions, and with candidates to ensure a positive, transparent experience throughout the process.
