Kaitlin Allen

Kaitlin joins Beaumont People with a strong background in the Health & Wellness Industry. Her goal is to place the right candidates in the right positions, with an emphasis placed on meaningful and enduring work relationships.

After studying a Bachelors of Business & Marketing in Sydney at UTS, Kaitlin spent many years gaining international experience and accreditations in the health sector. During this time she successfully built and ran her own business working with clients on achieving their health goals and facilitating health retreats.

During her time in Canada, Kaitlin worked as a Sales Representative for some of North America's leading health brands. Kaitlin was drawn to recruiting with a vision of incorporating her experience in Sales with her passion for Health and fostering meaningful relationships.

Her excellent work ethic and personable demeanour has seen Kaitlin create a unique approach in achieving the best results for both candidates and clients.

Kaitlin currently recruits in the Sydney office for permanent and contract roles, her specialist areas being Aged Care, Child, Youth & Family Services, Housing and Homelessness and Community Engagement. Additionally, she recruits high-level management roles across all spaces in the Health & Community Services sector.

Her focus is on roles from frontline service delivery coordinators up to senior-level management and executive roles. Some examples of roles include:
