Diana is a sector specialist with six years of experience in the Corporate Services – Charities Division. During this time, she has successfully recruited for a wide range of roles, from People & Culture/Human Resources to Finance, Operations, and Project Management, as well as Senior Business Analyst and Database Management positions.

Passionate about recruitment, Diana takes a consultative and transparent approach, aiming to demystify the process for both candidates and clients. She believes that clear communication and tailored guidance lead to the best outcomes for all parties involved.

Her current focus is on permanent recruitment within Finance, Data Analytics/IT, and Social Impact. She specialises in roles such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Head of Finance, Database Administration, Head of Data/Insights, and Analytics. Additionally, she recruits for Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation positions within the for-purpose sector.
