ACH Conference 2025 - Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1.Eligibility
This prize draw is open to delegates attending the Australian Community Housing Conference 24-26 November 2025 who are residents of Australia and are currently employed in a leadership (Manager, Executive, Board Member) role within the Community Housing sector. Employees of Beaumont People and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. Giveaway Duration
The prize draw opens at 8:30 AM AEDT on 24 November 2025 and closes at 5:00 PM AEDT 26 November 2025 during the Australian Community Housing Conference 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Entry Method
To enter, participants must:
- Provide their full name, job title, organisation, mobile number, and email address to Beaumont People during the conference; and
- Submit their entry by scanning the QR code at the Beaumont People stand and completing the prize draw form.
Entry is free and limited to one entry per person.
Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Winner Selection
There will be one prize winner.
The winner will be drawn at random by a representative of Beaumont People from eligible entries received. This is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the outcome. The draw will be conducted using a fair and random selection process.
5. Announcement of Recipient
The winner will be drawn on Monday 1 December 2025 and notified by phone and/or email no later than Wednesday 3 December 2025.
If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, Beaumont People reserves the right to redraw.
6. Prize Claim Process
Beaumont People will contact the winner directly using the contact information provided upon entry. The winner must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
Proof of identity may be required.
If the prize is not claimed within this period, Beaumont People reserves the right to redraw or withdraw the prize at its discretion.
7. Prize
The winner will receive:
25% off a permanent placement recruitment fee with Beaumont People (value dependent on placement salary).
Conditions:
- The discount applies to one permanent, executive or max term appointment only, not transferrable to temporary recruitment.
- The prize is valid until 30 June 2026.
- The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Beaumont People to use their name and organisation for promotional purposes related to this prize draw.
Use of any photo or image of the winner for promotional purposes will only occur with the winner’s express consent.
No additional compensation will be provided for promotional use.
9. Privacy
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Beaumont People’s Privacy Policy, and used solely for the administration of the prize draw.
10. Disqualification
Beaumont People reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:
- Does not comply with these Terms and Conditions;
- Is incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent; or
- Uses automated systems or other improper methods.
11. Changes to Terms
Beaumont People may modify, suspend, or cancel the prize draw or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice, provided such changes do not materially disadvantage entrants who have already submitted entries, and subject to applicable laws. Any changes will be published on Beaumont People’s website.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of both ACT (entry location) and New South Wales (draw location) and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in those states, as applicable.
13. Disclaimer
Beaumont People is not responsible for:
- Any technical issues that prevent entry; or
- Any loss or damage arising from participation in the prize draw, to the extent permitted by law.
