The Big Fundraiser Shoutout
Let’s celebrate the people behind the impact and give them the recognition they deserve!
At Beaumont People, we work alongside fundraisers every day and many of us have been fundraisers ourselves. We know how much time, energy and heart goes into the role.
It’s no small task. In celebration of Fundraiser Appreciation Day Australia on 3 July, we want to shine a light on the fundraising teams and individual fundraisers doing the work, often behind the scenes.
We need your help to do this by nominating a fundraiser whose work deserves recognition and wider visibility through The Big Fundraiser Shoutout.
The strongest nomination will be selected by our independent panel of external judges.
The winning nominee will receive a
$500 donation to their organisation and
we will
share their story widely to spotlight the difference they are making.
What we’re looking for:

✔️ People or teams creating real impact
✔️ Stories that deserve to be shared
How to make a nomination
Record a short video OR write a brief submission entry and tell us:
- Who you are nominating
- The name of their organisation
- Their achievements in fundraising
- Why you think they deserve to win
Top tip: Keep your nomination short and sweet! For written submissions, we recommend 200 words or less. For video submissions, we recommend a short video of no more than two minutes captured on your mobile phone.
Video guidance: Save your video as MP4 or MOV format. Upload your video to a cloud service, like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive and add the link in the Nomination form below. Please ensure the link is set to ‘Anyone with the link can view’. Alternatively, you can email the video to us on: marketing@beaumontpeople.com.au

- Winner announced: Friday 3 July
- Donation: $500 to the winning organisation

Not to mention her extraordinary writing skills and donor focus, which has driven remarkable growth in renewal income.
And with a small team of just two fundraisers, Heart Research Australia raises about $3,000,000 annually. And that's testament to Miriam's outstanding contributions and commitment. Miriam's efforts go beyond numbers. Her work directly supports our mission to reduce the devastating impact heart disease has on families in the community.

Terms and conditions
- Entries close at 9:00am AEST on Friday, 26 June 2026
- The winner will be selected by our independent panel of external judges based on the strength of the nomination
- The winner will be contacted on Friday, 26 June to confirm payment details
- A donation of $500 will be made directly to the winner’s organisation on or before 30 June 2026
- The winner will be announced via social media and on our website on 3 July, including the name, organisation and photo or video of the winning nominee, depending on feasibility
- By submitting a nomination, you confirm you have obtained permission from the nominee
- You agree to the campaign’s consent terms regarding public sharing of nomination details
- The selected winner must agree to have their name, organisation and story shared publicly across Beaumont People’s channels
