Are you a WHS professional who enjoys a hands-on support role and helping create safer workplaces? We are seeking an experienced WHS & Workers Compensation Coordinator to join a values-driven organisation on an initial 4-5 month contract , with potential for extension.

This Sydney-based role supports operations across the state and is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing workplace health and safety responsibilities with administrative coordination and stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support across workplace health and safety initiatives
  • Assist with workers compensation administration and return-to-work processes
  • Review and update WHS resources, policies and documentation
  • Monitor incident reports and escalate matters as required
  • Support managers with safety-related queries and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting through internal systems
  • Coordinate WHS administration and assist with ongoing safety projects
  • Work closely with HR leadership to support organisational safety objectives
About You
  • Previous experience in a WHS, Safety, Return to Work or Workers Compensation role
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation and best practices
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident using reporting and case management systems
