We're partnering with a respected not-for-profit seeking a Training & Systems Coordinator to support the rollout and ongoing training of WorkAxle, a workforce management platform.
This is a temporary assignment for at least 3 months and can be fully remote from anywhere in Australia.
You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging online training sessions to staff
- Creating and updating training guides and resources
- Providing ongoing system support and troubleshooting
- Building confidence and capability across teams using WorkAxle
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth system adoption
- Experience delivering system or software training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence learning new technology and supporting end users
- Previous experience with workforce management systems (WorkAxle experience is highly regarded but not essential)
- Experience within the not-for-profit sector is advantageous
