This role will work closely with their senior leadership team to ensure priorities are clearly coordinated, commitments are tracked and important initiatives continue to move forward
This role would suit a strong senior administrator who is seeking an EA role where they can grow and develop their skills at an Executive level. The role is initially a temporary role but could become a permanent opportunity.
Your key duties will include:
- Providing high-level executive support, including complex diary management, scheduling and prioritisation of meetings and commitments.
- Managing correspondence, workflows and "follow up" actions to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
- Working closely with the Head of Strategy to support delivery of strategic initiatives and leadership priorities.
- Providing governance and board support, coordinating Executive papers and contributing to timely Board reporting processes.
- Serving as a central coordination point across the Executive Office, ensuring information flows efficiently between stakeholders.
Due to the initial temporary nature of this role, you would need to be available immediately but also have full working rights (For example, as a citizen or permanent resident)
Most importantly, you are someone who enjoys making a meaningful contribution behind the scenes. You anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise and take pride in helping leaders and teams perform at their best.
If you are a highly capable EA, PA or Senior Administrator who is looking for a role where your organisational skills, discretion and initiative will make a real difference, we would love to hear from you.
