Meet the Team
Robyn Riddle
Meaningful Work and Inclusion Manager
I am a strategic leader and people champion who designs and delivers sustainable and inclusive talent solutions where both employees and organisations can thrive.
My work sits at the intersection of HR strategy, service delivery excellence, universal design, and leadership career development. I partner with leaders and organisations to build meaningful workplaces that balance performance, wellbeing, and long‑term impact, embedding ESG principles across the full employee lifecycle - from workforce planning and talent attraction through to development, retention and transition. I specialise in translating complex people challenges into practical, commercially viable solutions. This includes designing frameworks, services and strategies that improve outcomes for individuals while strengthening organisational capability, resilience and long‑term sustainability.
Having migrated to Australia from South Africa, I bring a global and systems‑based perspective to workforce strategy. Growing up and working in post‑apartheid South Africa has shaped my understanding of employment equity, power, and accountability, and reinforced the importance of designing work and systems that are fair, accessible and sustainable for everyone.
I am known as an action‑orientated strategist who moves insight into impact - building frameworks, influencing leaders and delivering change that is measurable, human‑centred and enduring.
Outside of work, I am a wife and mother, and I bring this lived experience into my belief that flexible, supportive and well‑designed workplaces benefit people, organisations and communities alike. If you’re interested in building meaningful, future‑fit workplaces where both people and business can succeed, I’d love to connect.
